By ticking the declaration above the “Client” (the person/s, organisation or company making the booking) confirms that:

1. They have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. They have fully read and understood the descriptions of Smoothie Bike Hire’s services on the website.
3. They understand that by submitting this booking form they are making a formal booking.
4. They understand that Smoothie Bike Hire will formally confirm bookings by email.
5. They agree to pay the full price quoted for the services they have booked.
   
6. They understand invoices will be issued on the date of the event, and will be due within 14 days.
7. They agree to pay all invoices received within 14 days of receipt.
8. They agree and understand that all late payments will be subject to interest and penalty charges.
9. They understand that, in the event of poor traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing Smoothie Bike Hire from being able to fulfil its contracted obligations, its liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of delayed start.
10. They understand that all event cancellation requests by Clients must be made in writing.
    
11. They agree to pay 50% of the quote price if the event is cancelled within 21 days prior to the event.
12. They agree that cancellation fees are due if events are cancelled for any reasons, inside or outside of the control of the Client.
13. They understand that prices may vary if the specification of the event is abnormal.
14. They understand that Smoothie Bike Hire reserves the right to decline bookings for operational reasons.
15. They understand that except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Smoothie Bike Hire’s negligence, or as expressly provided in these conditions, Smoothie Bike Hire shall not be liable to the Client by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the hire of the Smoothie Bike, or for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of Smoothie Bike Hire, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the Smoothie Bike or their use by the Client, and the entire liability of Smoothie Bike Hire under or in connection with the hire shall not exceed the amount of Smoothie Bike Hire’s charges for the provision of the Smoothie Bike, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
